We are seeking a temporary HR Generalist to join our team for 4-6 months.

As the temporary HR Generalist at Willamette View, you collaborate with managers and staff from all departments to partner on items such as recruitment, leave of absence, workers compensation, performance management, and other areas as needed. It's an exciting time in the HR department as we are re-envisioning our strategy and focusing on some transformational work. You will have a chance to be involved and support some of this work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or other related field required or equivalent in work experience
  • 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience preferred
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff with ability to influence without authority and navigate conflict resolution
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with a level of high-judgement to evaluate complex decisions based on policy, procedure, practices, and employment law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office and HR information systems.

We are committed to providing equitable pay for all team members, and for this role, we estimate a reasonable hourly rate of $25 to $30 USD. The actual rate may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievements, and business needs.
