The Program Manager will utilize their knowledge of the community to ensure that testing and prevention services are offered in a manner that reaches the greatest number of at-risk individuals as possible, while executing AHF’s core values. As such, the incumbent routinely establishes relationship with/coordinates with other AHF business lines, community partners, and local governments/public health jurisdictions to maximize the delivery of testing and prevention services in the community.
The Program Manager contributes to the Public Health Division by fostering a team-oriented work environment and promoting a patient centered approach.
Additionally, the position works both independently and as part of a team to successfully manage simultaneous projects that allow AHF to meet our mission.

The Program Manager of Testing Programs contributes to AHF’s mission by delivering exceptional program oversight for the assigned testing programs in the Los Angeles metro area. This leadership role provides direct support and program development including quality assurance, client satisfaction and the delivery of HIV testing and prevention services in multiple community-based settings. The incumbent also oversees the delivery of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services in the assigned programs. The Program Manager leads and supports a team of client facing prevention staff and is also responsible for ensuring that prevention contract deliverables are attained, and reporting requirements are met.
