Department Purpose
Position Summary
This position has been identified as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) in accordance with Department of Education guidelines. As a CSA, the incumbent is required to report crimes that they become aware of to the Department of Public Safety and must attend related annual training.
Job Duties
EAB Navigate360 Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Establishes strategic direction and oversees the implementation of the EAB Navigate360 platform, ensuring alignment with PCC’s academic and student success objectives.
- Serves as a liaison to CCCS and EAB, managing platform updates, data integrity, and compliance with security and usage standards.
- Advises senior administrators on EAB Navigate360 initiatives and strategies to enhance student success.
- Leads cross-departmental collaboration to promote the effective adoption and usage of the EAB Navigate360 system.
Recruit CRM Integration
- Ensures integration of Recruit CRM with other student support tools and platforms, including EAB Navigate360, to create a seamless student experience.
- Develops processes within Recruit CRM to enhance recruitment tracking, relationship management, and data reporting for prospective and current students.
Project Management and Coordination
- Updates content within the Navigate360 for both administrative and student platforms.
- Maintains accurate documentation, user access, and operational protocols for both EAB Navigate360 and Recruit CRM systems.
- Develops and provides training programs for faculty and staff, ensuring platform features are utilized effectively to support student success initiatives.
- Acts as the primary helpdesk for user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating technical problems as needed to System IT or EAB.
- Directs the efforts of departmental staff and provides accountability reporting to leadership regarding the implementation and impact of EAB Navigate360 and Recruit CRM systems.
- Participates in CCCS/EAB meetings to ensure compliance with college, system, and State guidelines regarding policy and processes. Ensures alignment of Navigate360 and Recruit are within System requirements.
- Manage and integrate tools like Recruit CRM to streamline processes that support institutional goals for student recruitment, retention, and success.
Training and Development
- Develops onboarding and training materials for EAB Navigate360 and Recruit CRM end-users, ensuring all users are proficient in the platform’s features and functionality.
- Updates current users on new platform features, tools, and best practices.
- Conducts security audits to ensure compliance and manage user roles and responsibilities.
Supervision
- Directly supervises Testing Center employees and provides leadership and strategic direction for testing services at all PCC campus locations and sites.
- Ensures compliance with testing standards as established the National College Testing Association, and testing partners sites such as College Board, Test for Essential Academic Skills (TEAS), Pearsonvue, GED, and other professional certification exams.
- Administrates and supervises the testing center operations, staff and budget on all PCC campuses/sites by providing leadership, strategic planning, and coordination of all testing center efforts and activities.

- Completes all required compliance training within the established timeline.
- Serves on committees and other groups as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
Experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in higher education, administration, or a related field.
- Strong strategic planning, budget management, and staff supervision skills.
- Expertise in student success platforms such as EAB Navigate and Recruit CRM.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, accreditation standards, and best practices.

Travel – to CCCS office in Denver, to Fremont or Mancos, CO locations, and to conferences inside or outside of Colorado.
