We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for serving others to join our team at the Midwest's Best Getaway. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a stunning 300-acre property featuring an on-site restaurant, an incredible organic garden, and extensive hiking trails. Located in a peaceful rural setting, just 15 minutes east of Chetek, WI, we specialize in providing serene, relaxing, and romantic getaways for our guests, always striving to exceed their expectations. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome guests and answer phone calls

- Take reservations and maintain accurate records

- Handle email correspondence and generate computer reports

- Coordinate with other departments

- Assist with room checks and guide guests

- Provide additional guest services as needed

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work weekends (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)

- Hospitality experience is a plus!

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
