Description
The primary purpose and function of this position is to deliver instruction and support student success. He/she manages the internal affairs of the department and works closely with the Dean of Curriculum, CTE Success Coach, School of Career and Technical Education with faculty recruitment, hiring processes, and budget management, curriculum scheduling, textbook orders, and overall student success for his/her departmental area.
Examples of Duties
The candidate should be able to plan, organize, and teach classes in the Business Administration program as assigned to ensure that student learning outcomes are consistent with program leaning outcomes and the mission of the college; maintains necessary records and submits all reports in a timely manner, prepares and revises course syllabi; other duties as assigned.
Minimum/Required Qualifications
Qualifications Required: MBA/master’s degree in related field or 18 graduate credits in Business Administration or related field. Preferred Qualification – MBA/18 graduate credits in Business and Economics or Accounting
